The Mortgage Check-Up campaign was designed to reach out to individuals who would benefit from having a mortgage review or check-up during some of the best mortgage rate times in mortgage history (11/21–2/22). This gave the customer a chance to reach out to the Loan Officer regarding any questions they might have before rates were likely to increase.
Purpose
With ongoing market changes such as looming rate increases, inflation, and housing inventory, we wanted to reach out customers and provide each with an opportunity to consider refinance options—or maybe even purchase options—to reduce their monthly mortgage payments.
The destination for the materials was a personalized landing page with a contact form to collect leads. With the launch of our new website, the scalability of personalization became an automatic online transition thanks to data collected via our platforms and Google ID.
